2、州市6个行政区45家健身俱乐部的市场环境、资本结构、经营现状和区域经济发展情况等为内容进行研究。以便对杭州市健身俱乐部良性发展提供有益的参考和补充,以求达到推动杭州市健身业事业持续、健康、稳定的发展,为杭州市体育行政部门规划健身俱乐部的发展提供理论依据,对周边城市健身产业的发展具有重要的参考价值。研究结论如下:(1)杭州市健身俱乐部宏观市场环境为健身俱乐部的持续发展创造了条件,为健身俱乐部之间的竞争提供了保障;微观市场环境为各健身俱乐部充分认清健身行业的竞争激烈程度和获利潜力提供支持。(2)通过对杭州市健身俱乐部SWOT分析,可以得知,产业结构调整、后奥运、全面建设小康社会、居民健身意识增强等

3、因素为为健身俱乐部发展提供良好时机和竞争优势的同时,各健身俱乐部无序的价格竞争、国外健身行业的进入、缺乏专业体育管理人才和没有明确的目标市场等因素也为健身健身俱乐部的发展带来了威胁和挑战(3)近些年,随着杭州市经济的发展,健身行业的资本积累为俱乐部的发展提供了坚实的经济和物质基础。经营管理、人力资源和社会环境三个资本结构因子影响着杭州健身俱乐部的发展。(4)杭州市部分健身俱乐部的促销形式单一,健身俱乐部运用网络、媒体等进行广告宣传的力度不够。从而导致降低会员的健身动机,增加会员的流失率。(5)影响健身俱乐部数量、类型、规模、从业人员状况、地域特征和俱乐部性质的最关键因素为地区GDP,两个非常重

4、要的指标为人均收入和地区人口数,所以,杭州市健身俱乐部的经营者要根据该地区GDP、人均收入和地区人口数三项城市指标,来规划健身俱乐部规模、类型及发展前景,以保证健身俱乐部健康、有序的发展,为城市居民健身服务。(6)影响杭州市健身俱乐部市场发展因素有宏观管理方面、微观经营方面和消费者自身等三个方面的问题。要通过加强宏观调控、加强人力资源管理、采用多种促销方式,推行差异化营销模式等措施来保障健身俱乐部的可持续发展。关键词:杭州市;健身俱乐部;经营;对策AbstractAfter the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic growth, dev
