1、摘 要摘 要天域酒店是一个集客房、餐饮、通讯、娱乐、商务文化及其它各种服务与设施于一体的消费场所。在现代的酒店服务行业中，竞争日渐激烈，传统的管理方法已经不能适应现代社会的需要。酒店组织庞大，服务项目多，信息量大，要想提高工作效率降低成本，提高服务质量和管理水平，进而促进经济效益，进军世界市场，就要考虑用现代化的信息管理方法与管理经验相结合。在酒店的经营管理中全面采用了管理信息系统，大大提高了竞争能力，经济效益也不断提高。本系统为天域酒店客房管理信息系统。天域酒店管理信息系统以用户需求为目标，以方便用户为原则，同时融入先进的管理经验，为酒店的管理及决策提供有力的支持。天域酒店管理系统分为前台系
2、统、后台系统。前台是直接面向客人，进行业务处理，后台是进行系统管理和控制，为决策提供辅助。同时并应用互联网接入技术，实现Internet 网上预订，在信息服务方面为客人或酒店管理人员提供了访问互联网的功能，通过LAN实现Internet 的接入。在网络的构建上利用客户机/服务器(C/S)体系结构，采用了星型网络拓扑结构。系统的目标是通过本系统的运行实现系统的前台业务处理和后台的系统管理和控制，为酒店的高层管理人员提供辅助决策功能。同时在酒店内部搭建局域网，实现办公自动化，并通过Internet的接入访问互联网，并为远程用户实现网上预订的功能。各系统综合应用为酒店的作业层、管理层和决策层提供服务
