3、视角 学生：康葱聪，教育学院指导教师：覃明，教育学院摘要幼儿教育中的自由与纪律教育是幼儿园最关键的教育部分，它帮助幼儿从家庭个体生活顺利迈入社会集体生活，提升个人能力，学会与同伴共同生活，与同伴建立良好社会关系的重要途径。在这一关键期教师通过告诉幼儿规则和条例，约束其行为，让幼儿学会自我控制，学会辨别是非，知道什么是应当的行为，并逐步认识、理解和掌握自由基础上的纪律。 本研究以应对自由与纪律关系问题的新教师为研究对象，通过观察法、访谈法，第一部分为新教师处理幼儿自由与纪律关系的现状，主要将其分为束手无策型、专制型、放任型以及极少部分的民主型。第二部分为影响新教师处理幼儿的自由与纪律关系的因素，
