1、河北师范大学 硕士学位论文 价值多元化背景下大学生道德选择能力培养探微 姓名：胡海霞 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：马克思主义理论与思想政治教育 指导教师：赵小兰 20100510 III 摘 要 21 世纪是 “选择的世纪” ， 多元价值的冲突和融合已成为社会领域存在的普遍现象， 价值多元化的时代背景下人们常常面对多发的道德冲突， 如何对处于冲突之中的多元价 值观进行正确选择就成为了人们必须具备的一种生存和发展的能力。因此，培养大学生 的道德选择能力就成为高校道德教育的新要求， 也是价值多元化背景下增强德育实效性 的必然选择，更是主体意识日趋增强的大学生们对自身的新要求，是他们妥善解决道德 矛盾
2、、不断完善人格，最终实现自由而全面发展的重要途径。 本文以价值观多元化为背景，以大学生德性完善、主体性发展为目标，重点探讨学 校德育如何培养大学生的道德选择能力。全文共分为五部分： 第一部分引言具体论述该问题的提出及研究的意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路和 框架、研究方法。 第二部分详细论述道德选择能力的相关理论， 厘清道德选择、 道德选择能力的概念、 内涵，在此基础上分析形成道德选择能力的过程要素，即选择前的思维能力、选择中的 实施能力、选择后的反思能力。 第三部分分析大学生道德选择能力培养的必要性，分别从价值多元化的客观条件、 大学生德性完善的主观需求和高校应对新挑战的路径三方面进行具体阐述
3、。 第四部分客观描述当前高校德育在大学生道德选择能力培养上存在的选择不成熟、 选择迷失、合力薄弱的问题，并深层次分析传统德育痴迷知识、缺乏人文性和德育活动 孤立化的影响是造成问题出现的主要原因。 第五部分探究在实践层面上培养自主选择能力的方式方法， 分别从学生主体理念与 方法创新、德育生活内容与体验实践、价值引导与自主选择原则、社会环境导向和家庭 氛围感染四个方面提出了具体的操作性策略。 最后在结语部分指出大学生道德选择能力的培养是一项复杂而紧迫的系统工程， 需 要学校、家庭和社会的共同努力。 关键词: 关键词: 价值多元化 大学生 道德选择能力 高校德育 IV Abstract Conten
4、t In the 21st century, “the century of selection”, the conflict and integration among different values have become a common phenomenon in our society. People tend to face frequent moral conflicts under the background of value diversification, so how to make the correct choice from different types of
5、 value has become indispensable for one to survive and develop. Therefore, to foster college students ability of moral selection has become a new per suit of moral education in colleges and universities, an unavoidable choice in order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education under the backgro
6、und of value diversification, a new request of college students whose subject awareness is getting stronger, and an important routine by which they can resolve moral conflicts properly, perfect their personalities continually, and eventually realize the free and comprehensive development. Aimed at i
7、mproving college students virtue and developing their subjectivity in the environment where various values exist, this paper mainly discusses how school education on morality can help cultivate the ability of college students to make the right selection. The thesis is divided into five parts as foll
8、ows: The first part introduces the raise of this issue, its significance, the present achievements at home and abroad, research ideas and frameworks and research methods. The second part discusses in detail the relevant theories about the ability of moral selection, and clarify the concept and conno
9、tation of both moral selection and the capability of moral selection, and then analyzes the elements which form the capability of moral selection, i.e., thinking ability before selecting, the ability of implementation during the process of selecting, the ability of reflection after selecting. The th
10、ird part analyzes the necessity of cultivating college students ability of moral selection, and elaborates the issue from three aspects, including the objective conditions of value diversitification, the subjective need of college students to improve their own virtue, and the approaches through whic
11、h colleges and universities might be able to deal with new challenges. V The fourth part describes objectively such problems as irrationality and ineffective cooperation that exist in the present moral education, and at the same time analyzes the main reasons that is, traditional moral education ove
12、remphasizes knowledge but lacks of humanity, and only exists as a separate space-time activity. The fifth part explores from the practical level methods to cultivate the ability to make choices independently, and put for word several plausible strategies from the following four aspects respectively:
13、 student-centered concept and the innovative teaching methods, the content of the moral education and practice, the value guidance and self-selection principle, the influence of social environment and family atmosphere. The final part points out that cultivating college students ability of moral sel
14、ection is a complicated and urgent project that needs the concerted effort of schools, families and the society.
