1、新疆师范大学 硕士学位论文 新疆高师物理教育专业开展研究性学习存在的问题及对策 姓名:吕淑军 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:课程与教学论(物理) 指导教师:祝恒江 2009-04-25 I 摘 要 新课改的实施和新时期对创新人才的需求导向都对新疆高师院校师范生培 养提出了严峻的挑战。为了使新疆高师院校能跟上时代步伐,培养出适应新时 期教师教育要求的师范生,就新疆高师物理教育专业研究性学习的现状进行调 查和研究,以期提出有针对性的对策,促进新疆高师物理教育专业研究性学习 的开展。 经过充分的前期准备工作,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对新疆高师物理教 育专业的师生进行调查,通过对问卷和访谈的分析,获得了新

2、疆高师物理教育 专业研究性学习的开展情况、师生对研究性学习的认识程度、开展研究性学习 的困难及教学的现状等信息,分析指出了政策、学校环境和师生自身素质三方 面阻碍研究性学习开展的因素,并具体分析各方阻碍因素中存在的问题。政策 方面的问题表现在:教育部门没有相关政策,学校领导没有具体指示; “学校环 境”方面的问题表现在:课程结构不合理,教学管理方式落后,评价方式片面 和资源有限、教学条件落后;师生自身素质方面的问题表现在:师生对研究性 学习认识不足,教师教育观念陈旧,教学方法老套,学生学习方式单一、被动, 教师指导研究性学习能力有限,学生信息素养和科研素养偏低。 最后,从制约研究性学习开展的因

3、素及其中存在的问题入手,提出了新疆 高师物理教育专业开展研究性学习的对策。对策分为三个方面:首先,消除阻 碍研究性学习开展的因素。具体表现在: (1)提供政策支持,即教育部门提出 纲领性指导政策和学校领导提出具体指导策略; (2)改善“学校环境,即调整 课程设置,改进教学管理方式,完善评价方式,扩充、更新仪器设备,完善教 学资源建设; (3)提高师生研究性学习的素质,即加深师生对研究性学习知识 的认识程度,转变教师的教育观念,转变学生的学习方式,提高教师指导研究 性学习的能力,提高学生信息素养和科研素养。其次,提出开展研究性学习的 途径。途径有两个:设置专门的研究性学习课程或与学科结合开展研究

4、性学习。 最后,给出指导研究性学习的建议。 关键词关键词:高师;物理教育专业;研究性学习 II Abstract The implementation of the new curriculum reform and the demand-oriented of the innovation talent in new period are serious challenge for the cultivate of students at normal universities in Xinjiang. In order to make normal universities of Xinj

5、iang keep pace with the times and breed normal student that adapted to requirement in new period , to investigate the state of research-based learning of the physics education major in normal universities of Xinjiang,in the hope of proposing a pointed strategy and promoting the develop of research-b

6、ased learning of the physics education major in normal universities of Xinjiang. After adequate preparatory work in initial period,adopted questionnaire and interview approach, teachers and students of the physics education major in normal universities of Xinjiang are investigated.Through the analys

7、is of questionnaires and interviews, the information of the situation carried out about research-based learning , the extent of cognition which teachers and students towards research-based learning, the difficulty in developing research-based learning and the present condition of teaching etc. are o

8、btained. It can be pointed out through an analysis that three factors that constrain the develop of research-based learning: policy, environment of campus, quality of teachers and students themselves, and make a specific analysis on problems that exist in each aspect of the obstructive factors. Prob

9、lems about the Policy can be found in these facts: the education sector has no relevant policies and the university leaders do not have specifically direct; The problems about the “school environment” can be found in these facts: the irrational Curriculum structure ,the backward type of teaching man

10、agement, the one-sided evaluation , the limited resources and the backward teaching conditions ; Teachers and studentsown inner qualities reflected in these aspects: the teachers and students have no sufficient understanding about the research-based learning,the conception of the education is old-fa

11、shioned,the ways of students learning is single and passive, the teachers, ability about guiding the research-based learning is limited and the students information literacy and scientific literacy are lower. Finally, proposed the strategy for developing research-based learning in the major of physi

12、cs education in normal universities of Xinjiang , beginning with the factors and the problems exist in it that restrict the development of research-based learning. Measures are divided into three areas: first of all, the hindering factors to carry out research-based learning should be removed. It sh

13、ows concretely as III follows:(1) provide policy support, that is, the education sector make out guiding policies and school leaders, provide specific guidance strategy;(2)to improve the school environment”, that is, to adjust the curriculum, to improve the type of teaching management, to perfect ev

14、aluation methods, to expand and update equipment and to improve the construction of teaching resources;(3)to improve the quality of teachers and students in research-based learning, that is, to deepen the extent of teachers and students knowing about research-based learning knowledge,to change teach

15、ers education conception, to change the ways of students learning, to improve the ability that teachers have in guiding research-based learning and to improve teachers, and students information literacy and scientific literacy. Secondly, programs and channels to carry out research-based learning are

16、 proposed . There are two channels: to set up specialized curriculum or to carry out combined with subject.Finally, suggestions are given to guide research-based learning.
