1、毕业设计（论文）浅谈地基不均匀沉降的原因分析及对策学生姓名：指导教师：专业名称：哈尔滨工程大学继续教育学院2014年4月毕业设计用纸摘 要国内外建筑物地基基础发生了很多工程事故。这是由于各地区的工程地质生成条件不同，土分布、土的物理力学性质不同；坚硬的如岩石卵石，软弱的如淤泥，千差万别。即使同一建筑物场地，往往土质也不均匀。 地基基础不均匀沉降将对建筑物特别是混合结构房屋和混凝土框架结构房屋产生很大的危害。它轻则引起房屋墙体开裂，重则引起房屋结构整体或局部倾斜甚至倒塌，威胁到房屋的正常使用及人民生命财产的安全。因此，正确认识不均匀沉降对房屋结构造成的危害，深入分析事故发生的原因，提出行之有效的
2、防止对策，具有重要的工程实际意义。地基基础不均匀沉降引起工程事故的原因是多方面的，概括起来有三个方面，即来自地基方面的原因、来自房屋结构方面的原因和人为因素。本文在总结前人研究成果及工程事故实例中有关经验教训的基础上，分别对混合结构房屋和钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋地基基础不均匀沉降事故的原因进行了深入地探讨和研究。建筑地基基础设计规范（GB50007-2011)，砌体结构设计规范 (GB50003-2011)及混凝土结构设计规范（GB50010-2010)对建筑物的地基变形值，结构构件的裂缝宽度有相关的规定，并提出了相关的控制措施。根据不均匀沉降事故发生的原因并结合有关规范和工程实践经验，本文提出
3、了混合结构及框架结构房屋不均匀沉降事故的治理对策，包括各种预防措施、地基处理方法、结构纠偏及加固手段等。关键词：地基基础；不均匀沉降；混合结构；框架结构；原因分析；治理对策ABSTRACT Many project accidents occur in the foundations of domestic buildings and foreign buildings. 8、 accident reason of non-uniformity settlement of the masonry structure and the reinforced concrete frame structure the basis of summarizing the predecessor research results and related experience in the project accidents.
