1、论带老年团旅游技巧陈辉芳摘要 外出旅游的老年人是一个特殊的旅游群体。老年人外出旅游一般分为以下三种情况：离退休后单位组织出来的（比方我老父亲单位每年都会组织老干部出去旅游）：这样的老人家经济条件一般不会差，但是懂的也多，文化素质相对较高，但只要导游能说“晕”他们，觉得你很博学，一切都好办；第二种：儿女赞助他们出来的：这种老人家，家庭生活比较幸福，儿女孝顺，虽然出来之前儿女会叮嘱他们表买这个表买那个，但出于对子女儿孙的关怀和感激，他们肯定是要买些东西回去的，基本上以送给晚辈为主； 第三种：自己出钱旅游的（比如我叔叔）：这样的老人家，观念肯定是新潮的，而且也比较想的开。虽然去过的地方一定不少，见多
2、识广，购物理智，但加点一般不成问题。面对这三种不同的老年人旅游，导游得有不同的方法和技巧。导游在带老年团的过程中,除了要遵守导游工作程序之外,还应讲求带团技巧,针对老年人在身体、心理等方面的特殊性,为其提供优质、标准、贴心的导游服务。本文通过对老年旅游的深入分析，对老年团旅游的特点，老年旅游团的特殊要求和要特别注意的问题等多方面研究后，进入带好老年团的研究，经过系列文献研究和实践案例分析总结后，提出了一些如何带好老年旅游团的建议，值得同行们多多借鉴。 本文总共分为五部分，最先提出本文的中文摘要、关键词，英文摘要、关键词，然后阐述导论，论述了老年人旅游团的产生原因和背景，提出问题，分析了研究的目
3、的和意义，文献探讨，介绍研究的内容，研究的思路和方法，介绍论文的结构。第二部分，对旅游、导游、导游技巧和老年团等专业术语进行界定；第三部分，带老年团旅游的目前的一些不良好问题和现象分析、诊断； 第四部分，提出完善带老年团的一些方法和具体可行的措施；包括：第五部分，结论和展望。关键词：老年；旅游；带团技巧；导游；风景Abstract: the travel of the elderly is a special tourism group. 14、旅游团。继前几年城市兴起老年人旅游热之后，加上现在的一年一度的国际老人节活动，以及敬老爱老活动的开展，老人游方兴未艾。因为进入老年后，年龄的增长伴随着身体机能的日趋下降，老年人的体力、应变能力和处理日常事务的能力大不如前，加之老年人出游以修养身心为目的，不想为旅途中的诸多事务烦恼，因此，他们更愿意参加旅行社组织的旅游团队，由旅行社和导游为他们安排好行程中的各个环节，从而产生了大量的老年人旅游团。1 2提出问题因为有大量的老年游团要带，那么我们有必要分析这些老年团的特点，要求，他们要旅游的重点项目是什么？他们出游的时间是什么时候？他们对导游的期盼是什么，这一系列的问题值得我们去研究，以利于我们提
15、高工作质量，使老年人玩得更加开心。1 3分析了研究的目的和意义研究带老年团的目的是为了更好开展对老年人的旅游服务，提高老年人旅游的满意度。研究的意义能更好的带好老年团，增进老年人的健康，提高旅行社的声望，增进旅行社的效益等等。2 文献探讨文献研究表明，“老年人团旅游类型以观光游览型为主 2010年的旅游调查表明，我国旅游者首要出游目的仍是游览观光，约占半数左右。老年人的出游目的与一般旅游者大致相同，差别较大的是，老年人中以健康疗养为目的的比例比一般旅游者高，这说明老年人因为身体状况的原因，对健康疗养类的旅游产品需求量较大，医疗保健型老年游客有逐步增加的可能。在老年旅游者中，一般具有较高的文化背
16、景，这与他们的工作和收入背景有密切关系，因此他们对旅游过程中自然和人文知识的了解比一般的旅游者要多。老年人团出游时间多为旅游淡季。 在出游时间上一般选择淡季，除了价格因素外，也因为淡季更适合老年人恬淡无争的心性，舒适度和满意度高。、路程比较近的短线旅游，这样不仅价格便宜，而且不会因为身体过于疲劳而引发疾病，而身体状况较好、有能力参加长线旅游的老年人，也会要求比较快捷舒适的交通工具。在旅游过程中，体力较弱、行动较迟缓的老年人比一般游客更加要求旅速游缓，希望途中时间短，景点安排的时间长，行程安排不要太紧张。对导游的服务较高 因为老年人或多或少都有一些老年性疾病，因而要求旅游团有健全的医疗安全保障系统，随团配医护人员，随团导游必须具备较高的应变能力和护理知识，尤其是老年病的急救知识。老年人拥有丰富的阅历，不少老年人都走过很多地方，对导游讲解的水平要求较高
