2、在着维护结构保温性能差、能耗大、室内热舒适差等问题，给农民生活质量的提高和生活环境的改善都草成很大的影响。为了改变这一现状，本文在总结吸取以往研究成果的基础上，根据地区的实际情况，从维护结构保温技术、太阳能利用两个方面对住宅进行总体性和系统性的优化。本文对我国东北地区农村住宅进行了调查，首先介绍了东北地区农村住宅的能耗现状，并对其进行了分析。然后从采用新型墙体材料、采用保温技术、提高哦啊窗户的热工性能、加强窗户夜间保温和屋面保温方面进行研究，期望能够使围护结构达到理想的保温效果。本文还讨论了太阳能技术在东北地区农村住宅中的应用。通过调查研究，发现如果寒冷地区农村住宅运用适宜节能措施、并充分利用
