It is a final accurate rec

At some meetings, especially of bodies with less formal accountabilities, the term “minutes” is sometimes replaced by the term “note”. Notes differ from minutes in that, typically, they are less formal, d

16、epending on the status of the committee/working party concerned. Also, notes are less detailed and they are not necessarily to be approved at the next meeting. Usually, it is a normal practice for the secretary at each meeting to take the minutes. 22Functions of MinutesTaking minutes is a necessity
