1、农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木质燃烧颗粒）项目一 项目名称农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木质燃烧颗粒）项目二 项目单位简介日本国零排株式会社成立于1987年，通过多年来的实际工作经验，形成了一系列有效控制二氧化碳排放的“炭化技术”。日本国零排株式会社与香港公司北京分公司（北京毅丰清洁能源科技发展有限公司 执行董事李西平）共同拟在中国夏津全额投资建立农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木制燃烧颗粒）项目。三 项目建设条件夏津是传统的农业大县，盛产棉花，小麦，玉米，花生，大豆等，具有悠久植棉历史，素有“银夏津”之美誉，常年植棉面积65万亩，年产120万担左右，年产棉秸秆20万吨，玉米种植面积20万亩，年产玉米秸秆10万
2、吨。全县林地总面积30万亩，林木覆盖率为29.8%，年采伐量1500方。四 项目内容及建设规模农业秸秆再生新能源制品（木质燃烧颗粒）项目一期占地70亩，计划逐年度，分布实施，逐步建成年产农业秸秆绿色再生新能源制品100万吨规模的生产企业。五 项目投资及资产构成项目预计总投资4.5亿元人民币。六 经济效益分析项目建成后，年产实现销售收入6亿元，利润9000万元New energy products, renewable agricultural straw(Wood combustion particles) project1.
