1、摘 要本设计名称为荣资商城2号楼, 位于包头市钢铁大街北，结构类型主体选用六层框架结构,总建筑面积为5042.52，一层层高5.4m，二层层高4.5m，三六层层高为3.3m，一二层为商场，三六层为办公楼.室内外高差450mm，建筑物总高度24m。根据房屋设防烈度、结构类型和房屋高度，该六层框架结构确定为抗震烈度为八度，抗震等级为二级，设计使用年限50年，建筑防火等级为二级，建筑耐火等级为二级，耐久年限为二级，安全等级为二级，结构的重要性系数取1.0。在进行框架结构设计时，进行层间荷载代表值的计算，用顶点位移法求出自震周期，按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下的内力，用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载作用下
