2、和磁盘。（保密的学位论文在解密后适用本授权说明）学位论文作者签名：导师签名：签字日期：年月日签字日期：年月日II中文摘要21 世纪是文化管理的时代，企业文化将是企业的核心竞争力所在，是企业管理最重要的内容。企业要得到生存、发展，从普通走向卓越，一定离不开优秀的企业文化。中国的民营医院在运营过程中存在诸多挑战，要生存、取得发展并在激烈的竞争中获胜，就必须建立自己独特风格的医院文化。民营医院应高度重视文化建设发挥的巨大作用，建立适合医院自身特点的医院文化，取得医院发展的核心竞争力。昆山长海医院是一所建院 7 年的民营医院，医院在经历了多年的经营积累已经发展到员工 200 多人，设备投入近六千多万的
3、综合型医院，目前正是医院跨越发展的阶段。但医院的文化建设还比较薄弱，难以取得强大的市场竞争力。本文从医院的现状出发，通过对医院的领导者的访谈、对医院全体员工的问卷调查和现场观察、对来院患者的满意度调查分析和网络收集大众对医院的评价等多种渠道，深入调查分析了医院的文化建设现状，并有针对性的提出了提升质量的质量文化建设方向。以提升医疗技术水平和医疗服务水平来带动提升医院品牌形象。针对现状探索医院文化的建设，设计并宣导能为员工认同的医院文化理念；建立共同参与、严于执行的制度文化；通过理念的渗透和制度的约束逐步转化为行为的自觉规范；表现在“以患者为中心、以员工为根本”的物质文化建设。本文通过理论与实践
4、相结合，利于消除大众对民营医院“唯利是图的企业行为”和“质量不可靠”等心理定势的影响，有很强的针对性和实际操作性。对昆山长海医院的发展和医院的文化建设有一定的参考价值。关键词：企业文化；医院文化；核心竞争力；民营医院；医疗服务理念IIIAbstractThe 21st century is the era of cultural management, the corporate culture is ofgreat importance which will be the core competence for the corporation.To get business survival
