1、南京林业大学毕业设计（说明书）南京林业大学本科毕业设计（说明书）题学专学目：双刃面绿篱修剪机的设计院：南方学院业：机械设计制造及其自动化号：学生姓名: 指导教师：职称: 讲师二 O 一三年1五 月南京林业大学毕业设计（说明书）摘要绿篱修剪机是一种小型园林修剪机械。每年，绿篱必须进行修剪，这对维护绿篱旺盛的生长，加强树冠新梢的密度，有着良好的作用，并能达到培育有要求的树冠面因此修剪是绿篱生长的主要技术措施之一。现有绿篱修剪机存在着手持部分重量过重，劳动强度大的缺点。本文设计了一种便携式双刃面往复式绿篱修剪机，采用汽油机为动力，选用小型内燃机，动力通过飞快摩擦式离合器传递到工作部分，与减速器相连接
2、。减速器采用直齿圆柱齿轮，减速器将动力传到曲柄滑块机构，由曲柄滑块机构带动切割刀片做往复运动，切割刀片根据实地调研设计成与现种植绿篱植物的宽幅相应的宽度，采用单动、双面刃刀片。本文所设计的往复式绿篱修剪机能在很大程度上降低劳动者的工整冠作业。本文所设计的手提往复式绿篱修剪机具有以下特点：1、机体自带发电机,电不需外接电源，适应性强，操作安全。2、减轻了工人操作时劳动的强度。3、作业质量较好，性能稳定。4、一机多用，既可用作绿篱修剪整形，又可作为茶树修剪。5、适应范围广关键词绿篱修剪机 往复式2双刃面南京林业大学毕业设计（说明书）Abstract.Hedge trimmer is a small
