3、的最低配配置要求求；3、申请企企业须严严格遵守守型式认认可程序序及时限限要求，正正常情况况下，接接到工厂厂检查通通知后的的30日日内应接接受工厂厂条件检检查，并并应在规规定时间间内完成成对不符符合项的的整改工工作，自自抽样之之日起115日内内将样品品送到指指定检测测机构进进行检验验，并按按期缴纳纳相关费费用；如如遇特殊殊原因，必必须及时时通报公公安部消消防产品品合格评评定中心心；4、申请企企业获证证后，必必须严格格按照消消防类产产品型式式认可实实施规则则的规规定，正正确使用用型式认认可证书书和标志志。对有有违规者者，公安安部消防防产品合合格评定定中心将将进行严严肃处理理。5、申请企企业获证证后
4、，所所生产及及销售的的产品必必须与发发证检验验样品保保持一致致，产品品质量必必须符合合型式认认可规则则和相关关标准要要求。若若必须对对涉及产产品一致致性的关关键因素素，如关关键原器器件、原原材料、关关键设计计及主要要生产工工艺发生生变更，以以及生产产场地搬搬迁、法法人及主主要技术术人员发发生变更更时，获获证企业业必须及及时向公公安部消消防产品品合格评评定中心心申报，由由中心按按照消消防类产产品型式式认可实实施规则则要求求安排确确认工作作。未经经中心确确认，不不得生产产及销售售产品，对对违规者者，公安安部消防防产品合合格评定定中心将将进行严严肃处理理，由此此而导致致的一切切责任均均由违规规企业承
