11、wareness, deepen the County, General Secretarydk0+340.5 d匝道大桥施工方案Dk0+340.5 D匝道大桥施工方案一、编制依据及工程概况（一）、编制依据1、成自泸赤高速公路A3标施工招标文件；2、四川省交通厅交通勘察测设计院编制的施工设计图；3、本工程所处的地形地貌、气候、交通、水文及材料料源情况；4、我单位对现场调查资料及对类似桥梁工程施工的经验和拟投入本项目的生产资源； 5、国家公路桥涵及现行技术规范及验收、设计标准及有关规程；6、本工程业主要求的质量标准和招标文件中指定的工期,我单位的创优规划、工期目标及本合同段实施性施工组织设计等。
12、（二）、工程概况及特点1、工程概况dk0+340.5 d匝道大桥位于泸州市江阳区分水岭乡互通服务区，本桥平面一部分位于R=720的圆曲线及缓和曲线上，一部分位于R=160的圆曲线及缓和曲线上，纵面位于R=2600米，T=74.09米，E=1.056的竖曲线上。其上部采用6跨30m简支T梁+8跨25米预应力砼连续箱梁，桥起点与桥止点均采用重力式桥台，桥墩为柱式圆墩，钻孔灌注桩基础，其中1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#、8#、10#、12#为双圆柱墩，7#、9#、11#、13#为独圆柱墩。基础按照端承桩设计，沉渣厚度不大于5cm。dk0+340.5 d匝道大桥的临时便道沿互通区右侧修筑，在临时用
13、电方面，于K263+400处设315KW变压器1台，变压器离电力线接入点为500米，已向当地变电所申请接入，另外购买三台150KW移动式发电机。本地区地表水、地下水水质均较好，对混凝土无侵蚀性。砼搅拌用水可采用打井作为施工用水。2、工程特点dk0+340.5 d匝道大桥施工难度大，如人工挖孔桩施工，独墩施工，曲线半径较小情况下、30T梁、25米箱梁的架设等；工期紧张，并且易受到场地狭小、交叉作业等限制，这就需要做好工期合理安排；3、dk0+340.5 d匝道大桥便道施工方案：dk0+340.5 d匝道大桥施工地段较多淤泥，便道施工可先清除淤泥后沿桥位中心线填一条宽度为7m的路面，一方面作为便道
14、，另一方面又是吊车施工作业的操作场地，再在便道上沿桥每墩位两侧各填筑一个长大于5m，宽度不少于10m的施工平台。这样可以有效地利用场地需要。在桥下相应位置设置1道排水管，以便下大雨时进行排水，以免大水冲坏便道。便道顶面硬化问题，可用风化石填0.5m厚，并用压路机进行碾压密实平整。由于基础是新填土，加上雨水的冲刷，将来便道的维护肯定是大的，要有充分的思想准备。二、工程质量、工期、安全、文明施工及环保目标1、质量目标 我工区将严格按国家现行的施工规范、规程和质量标准施工，诚恳接受建设单位、质检站及监理工程师的检查，保证本单位工程达到优良工程的质量等级目标。2、工期目标 施工总工期安排：从2010年
