1、前交叉韧带重建术后的中医康复治疗目的 探讨功能锻炼联合中药薰洗和手法在前交叉韧带重建术后康复治疗中 的临床效果。方法 采用功能锻炼联合中药薰洗和手法对接受前交叉韧带重建术 的患者进行康复治疗，随访观察膝关节疼痛改善、肿胀消除、活动度改善及功能 恢复情况。结果 治疗后 Lysholm 膝关节功能评分由( 76.894.23 )分升至 (91.053.45)分，膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分由(8.091.37)分降至(2.670.33) 分，膝关节周径由(42.122.78) cm降至(34.871.10) cm,膝关节屈伸活动度 由80.61。3.37。升至118.22。6.34。以上各项指标治疗后均
2、较治疗前明显改善(P V0.05)。全部患者中治愈35例、好转5例、无效3例，总有效率为93.02%。结 论 在前交叉韧带重建术后的康复中应用功能锻炼联合中药薰洗和手法,能有效 缓解膝关节疼痛，促进膝关节肿胀消退，改善膝关节活動度，有利于膝关节功能 的恢复。Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of functional exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage in the treatment of anterior
3、 cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods The sicks received anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions rehabilitation therapy were cured by functional exercise combined with herbal fumigation and massage， and the improvement of knee pain， swelling ， activity and functional recovery were observed in
4、 the follow up.Results The Lysholm knee function score changed from( 76.894.23) points before treatment to( 91.053.45) points after treatment， the knee pain visual analogue scale was reduced from(8.091.37) points before treatment to (2.670.33) points after treatmenttotal effective rate was 71.43%(15
5、/21)， the circumferential diameter of the knee joint was reduced from(42.122.78) cm before treatment to(34.871.10) cm， the flexion and extension of the knee joint was raised from 80.613.37to 118.226.34.The above indexes after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment (PV0.05) .Ther
6、e were 35 cases cured, 5 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective among all patients ， the total effective rate was 93.02%.Conclusion It can effectively relieve the pain of knee joint, promote the regression of the knee joint swelling and improved range of motion of the knee , is conducive to the recover
7、y of knee joint function for functional exercise and herbal fumigation to be used in patients received anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions rehabilitation therapy.Key words：Anterior cruciate ligament；Functional exercise；Fumigation of chinese medicine前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament, ACL)断裂后造成膝关节内结构的 进一步损伤,如半月板及软骨出现退变、韧带松弛,远期发生骨关节炎等多种继 发性疾病。因此ACL重建术后早期的康复治疗对患者膝关节功能的恢复至关重 要，我科采用功能锻炼联合中药薰洗和手法对ACL重建术后患者进行康复治疗， 取得较好的临床治疗效果。
