2、企业运作系统的合 理化构建。也就是说，不断的加深理解客户的需求、根据市场的变化和 客户对物流质量不断提高的要求做出及时、准确的预测和分析成为了物 流服务提供者所亟需解决的课题。因此，如何构建更加适合第三方物流 企业自身发展的运作系统是当前第三方物流企业所面临的重大问题。本文基于SCM管理基本思想，首先对物流运作系统相关理论进行回顾 与研究，主要有两个方面，一方面是对第三方物流企业运作系统的定义 和特征加以阐述，另一方面是对现有第三方物流企业运作系统的构成要 素加以总结。其次，对当前我国企业第三方物流运作系统中存在的问题、 造成问题的原因以及相应的对策进行分析研究，这两部分是本文的重点。 并结合
