1、涵洞施工技术交底样本框架涵施工技术交底单位名称:中铁四局二公司昌九第三项目队 2021年 03月 9 日工程名称 里程桩号 DK31+255 设计文件图号 施工部位 基础 技术交底内容 : 框架涵施工（ 1）基础施工对于有地基加固处理的涵洞，应先进行地基加固处理施工，而后进行基坑开挖 土质基坑一般采用挖掘机开挖，辅以人工清基。涵洞基坑开挖后，报请监理工程师 以触探仪对基底承载力进行检测，检测合格后立即进行垫层砼施工，待垫层砼达到 允许强度值后支立基础组合钢模，浇筑基础混凝土。基坑开挖时，做好截、排水设施 （ 基坑外设挡水埂，坑内设环形排水沟、集水 井，随时抽排坑中积水），防止基坑遭水浸泡、地基
2、条件恶化 .（2） 框架箱身施工框架涵采用原位分节现浇。框架涵身分两次浇筑成型 :第 1次浇筑底板及下梗 肋以上墙身，第 2 次浇筑侧墙及顶板。框架模板，内外模采用组合钢模板；框架内采用满堂钢管支架，并按规定设置 剪刀撑和扫地杆等 .为保证混凝土面美观，交通涵框架墙身采用无内拉杆模板施工 （ 内模利用满堂 支架向两侧顶紧 ,外模采用双联槽钢竖向加固 ） 。钢筋在棚内集中弯制 , 运至现场绑扎成型 .混凝土由邻近拌和站集中供应 , 搅拌车运输，泵送或吊机提吊浇筑。浇筑底板 前，对基础顶面进行凿毛并冲洗干净。为加强两次浇筑的连接和保证框架整体防水性能，水平施工缝做成“凹”字形，即在第 1 次浇筑时

8、to all sources of wealth creation 。 Should always stability 底板混凝土达到设计强度的 50%后，方可搭设支架、立模、绑扎钢筋、浇筑边 墙及顶板混凝土。混凝土分层浇筑，层厚以30cm为宜。混凝土浇筑时，两边侧墙对称均衡进行， 侧墙混凝土通过小直径导管或串筒浇筑，插入式振动器振实，底板、顶板混凝土采 用插入式和平板式振动器振实。混凝土振捣过程中 , 防止漏捣或过捣 .当顶板混凝土强度达到设计强度后 , 方可拆除模板及支撑，进行变形缝、防水 层及附属工程施工。(3)翼墙施工现浇翼墙内模、外模采用竹胶板、方木和钢管加固 , 基础施工时，按规范
9、预埋 接茬钢筋，基础与墙身接触面进行凿毛并清洗干净。因外墙面为非竖直面，应加强 模板及其支撑系统的刚度、外模板采用地锚与基础连接以加强抗浮能力 , 采用坍落 度较小的混凝土浇筑，砼浇筑速度不宜过快 , 以免模板爬升和出现墙面“鼓肚 现象 而影响外观 .(4 )防水层等施工防水层施工前，将涵身上的尖凸处打磨平整 , 将泥土、杂物等清除干净 , 保持涵 身表面干燥，以保证防水材料与涵身的粘结。涵身两侧分层对称回填压实，具体见“过渡段施工”交底。 锥坡砌体采用挤浆法砌筑 , 架立样架或靠尺控制圆顺度和平整度。 attention to improving the quality and effici
