1、八年级英语下册 M9U3写作指导一、知识点【语法】whether/ if及疑问词引导的宾语从句宾语从句引导词是whether/ if或特殊疑问句时,其要放在宾语从句句首,且宾语从句要用陈述语序。(一)whether/ if 引导的宾语从句:whether/ if“是否”(宾语从句时一般疑问句时,用whether/ if引导,但不可省略,在从句中不作句子成分,译为“是否”)Eg: I want to know whether/ if my sister is waiting for me at the school gate.我想要知道是否我妹妹在学校门口等我。whether与if可互换,但只能

2、用whether,不用if的情况如下:1.引导介词的宾语从句:Eg: Im not angry about whether he will pass the exam.我对于他是否能通过考试不生气。2.直接与or not连用时Eg: Im not sure whether his answer is right or not.我不确信是否他的答案正确。(二)特殊疑问句引导的宾语从句:what, which, who, where, when, how引导。疑问词在句中有意义,在从句中充当句子成分,不可省略。Eg: Do you know when the train will arrive?

3、你知道火车什么时候到?No one knows why Amy is not happy today. 没有人知道为什么艾米今天不高兴。(三)that引导的宾语从句,可以省略。Eg: I hope (that) it will rain tomorrow. 我希望明天下雨。【讲解】1.For the first time 第一次first为one的序数词形似和Eg: I met her at the airport for the first time.我在机场第一次见到她。2.Invitation (名词) “邀请” - invite (动词) “邀请”常见搭配:invite sb.to +

4、 地点 “邀请某人去某地”Invite sb.to do sth. “邀请某人做某事”Eg: She refused his invitation.她拒绝了他的邀请。She invited me to her party. 她邀请我去她的派对。She invited me to have a picnic.她邀请我去野餐。3.Surprise (动词) “使惊奇”Surprise (名词) 译为“惊奇、惊讶”时,是不可数名词;译为“一件令人吃惊的事”时,是可数名词常见搭配:to ones surprise 令某人惊奇的是Eg: To my surprise, she passed the ex

5、am.令我吃惊的是,她通过考试了。4.have the wrong number 把号码弄错了Eg: Im afraid you have the wrong number.恐怕你打错了。5.hold the line 稍等6.Take a message 捎口信Leave a message 留口信Eg: Can I take a message for you? 我能为你捎个口信吗?7.feel sb.do sth. 感觉某人做过某事feel sb.doing sth. 感觉某人正在做某事Eg: I felt the building shake just now.我刚才感觉大楼晃动了。I

6、 felt my both legs shaking.我感到我的双腿在晃动。8.Be full of .= be filled with . “装满.”.full of . “装满.的.”Eg: The bag is full of books.= The bag is filled with books. 书包里装满了书。Bag full of books 装满书的包9.Both of .“两者都.”Both A and B “A和B都.”作主语时,谓语动词用复数Eg: Both of them are from America. 他们两个都来自美国。Both Lily and Lucy a

7、re from America. 丽丽和露西都来自美国。10.have fun doing sth. 愉快地做某事have fun = have a good time = enjoy oneself 玩得高兴Eg: We had fun playing football on the playground.我们在操场上愉快地踢球。11.Share (动词) “公用;共有” (名词) “一份”常见搭配:share with . “与.分享”Eg: Lets share the apples. 让我们分享这些苹果吧。I will share the cost with you.我将和你一起分担花
