11、ngsCo.,Ltd.forthepurposeofinvesting,building,operatingandmanagingthisProjectinaccordancewiththisAgreement.“Project”referstothefirst-phaseprojectofFengquanWasteIncinerationPowerPlantinCity,Province(hereinafterreferredtoas“thePowerPlantn.uProjectCompanyMreferstothelimitedliabilitycompanyestablishedbyF
12、ujianFengquanEnvironmentalProtectionHoldingsCo.,Ltd.forthepurposeofinvesting,building,operatingandmanagingthisProjectwithinthefranchiseperiodinaccordancewiththisAgreement.uProjectConstructionnreferstotheequipmentforurbansolidwasteincinerationandgeneration,fluegaspurificationandleachatetreatment,vehi
13、cles,environmentalmonitoringandinspectionfacilitiesandequipment,factorybuildings,variouspipelines,roadsandgreeningfacilitiesnecessaryforthedisposalofurbansolidwasteformedintheurbanwasteincinerationpowerplantwithintheagreementprice.uProjectLandreferstothelandnecessaryforbuildingandoperatingthisProjec
14、t.uFranchiseRightvreferstoPartyBsrightgrantedbyPartyAtoexclusivelyfinance,design,build,operateandmaintainprojectfacilities,usetheProjectLandandcollectwastedisposalservicefeeandOn-GridPowerTariffintheadministrativeregionofwithintheFranchisePeriodinaccordancewiththisAgreement.“TotalAgreementPricevrefe
15、rstothetotalconstructioncostfortheinvestmentofthefirstphaseofthisProject.uConstructionPeriodMreferstotheperiodcommencingontheCommencementDateofthisProjectandendingonthedatewhenPartyAissuesorisdeemedtohaveissuedcommissioningacceptancecertificate.uCommissioningPeriodMreferstotheperiodcommencingontheda
