1、清洁切口手术目标性监测分析目的：了解我院手术患者1类切口感染相关因素，围手术期抗菌药物应用情况，为有效控制手术切口感染提供依据，降低手术切口感染的发生。方法：采用前瞻性调查的方法，使用表格对手术患者进行监控，对调查资料分析汇总，及时反馈给临床，同时采取相应的干预措施。结果：2013年10月到2014年6月共监测手术患者903例，手术切口感染5例，感染率0.55%，383例患者使用抗生素，520例未使用，与以前相比有明显的改善；5例感染患者一例术前术后都使用了抗生素。4例在术前没有使用抗生素，术后出现感染时才使用抗感染药物，有2例联合用药，2例一联。切口分泌物培养为金黄色葡萄球菌；手术切口感染与
2、患者基础疾病、手术持续时间、手术医师操作技术、围手术期不合理使用抗生素有关。结论：手术切口目标性监测能有效的降低手术切口感染率和规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用。标签：手术部位；感染；目标性监测Abstract：Objective： To investigate the factors related to operation patients in our hospital in 1 kinds of incision infection ，peri operation period of antimicrobial application， provide the basis for the e
