1、摘要在当今,随着科学技术的发展、社会的进步,企业间的竞争日趋 激烈,企业对员工素质的要求越来越高,而企业经营的好坏与员工的 整体素质有着直接的关系。在我国越来越多的企业也开始逐渐认识到 企业间的竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争,企业要想获得优于竞争对手 的根本途径,就是比竞争对手学得更快,重视培训、重视员工全面素 质的提升,应付更有挑战性的工作,员工才能适应社会的发展,符合 企业发展的需求,从而提高企业核心竞争力,最终实现企业与员工的 “双赢,由此,入力资源管理上升到企业战略管理中比较重要的位 置,而培训是企业人力资本保值增值的重要途径。中外无数成功企业 的实践都已证明了:员工培训既是员212自身发

2、展的需要,又是企业发 展的需要。培训对于企业适应外部环境的发展变化、满足员工自我成 长的需要、提高绩效和提高员工素质有着至关重要的作用。而层出不 穷的中小企业要在知识飞速发展的时代站稳脚跟,并且发展壮大,这 就要求企业根据其自身特点和员工状况,设计出一套符合企业发展的 培训方案,这对企业和员工而言,都具有十分重要的作用和意义。本文从学习和培训的基本原理入手,结合培训理论对企业培训的 主要环节一一培训需求分析,培训目标设置,培训计划制定,培训实 施及控制和培训效果评估做了详细的论述。文章对Sunward公司原有 员工培训现状剖析,指出该企业在培训方面存在的问题,并对世界知 名企业员工培训经验进行

3、剖析,结合Sunward公司实际情况,提出新 的设计方案,并对培训方案的实施提出保障措施。本文共由六大部分构成:(1)介绍了课题研究的背景和意义,接 着对前人的研究结果做了综述,给出了本文的研究方法与主要内容及框架思路;(2)首先介绍了人力资源相关理论以及员工培训体系的相 关理论,最后分析了员工培训在企业管理中的作用。(3)首先阐述了 Sunward公司人力资源现状,并剖析了其培训环节存在的误区和问 题,接着分析了著名企业员工培训经验,后提出这些企业的员工培训 对Sunward公司员工培训的启示。(4)结合Sunward公司员工培i)iI的 实际情况,提出了对其方案进行设计的原则,再提出该公司

4、要建立培 训需求分析体系,并构建了培训体系,更新了员工培训方式,最后对 培训评估体系做了详细的阐述。(5)提出Sunward公司员工培训方案 的实施保障,主要措施包括公司高层领导支持、各部门配合,保障培 训资金,培训方法多样化,建立完善的员工培训制度以及要建立学习 型组织。(6)介绍了笔者在做此研究论文的过程中做过的主要工作, 及其研究的创新点和难点,以及总结和展望。本文希望通过对Sunward公司培训问题的研究,建立该企业的培 训体系,并希望能对同类型企业的培训体系的建立起到参考作用。关键词中小型民营企业,员工培训,Sunward公司,培训体系HABSTRACTNowadays,as the
