They arrest the top head of the URS, try to regulate mankinds activities. The logical results is base on the behavior that we toxify our earth, arise wa
6、rs and pursue ever more imaginative means of self destruction.However, in order to achieve high development of science and economy, we do sacrifice a lot of precious things and threat mankinds own survival in some extend. In other hand, we also understand that the technology is a technical tool. Its
7、 the human being who could control them all. The trend we pursue high qualitative tools and advanced technology to convenient our daily life is unreverse. Of course ,its not as the same as saying that we should ignore the damage we produce to the mother land and creatures in the earth. We should not
8、 pull the issue to the poles apart. In order to overcome the negative effects of the advanced technologies that may occur in the future, the authorities concerned should draw strict laws to regulate human beings activities. The heavy penalties can certainly awaken mankinds awareness of environmental friendly development in some extent. Moreover, education plays a vital role in reversing the mistaken view of development.With the considerations taken above, Im sure we-human beings-can adapt our steps to the future and balance our own development with our surroundings.
