14、时,不合晋升标准,将推迟半年考核,半年后仍不合标准,再推迟半年,依此类推,直到达到考核晋升标准为止,方能进行岗位晋升考核。8、公司洗车、美容、装饰、维修、销售部、钣金、喷漆技师二和高级技师岗位各设1岗1人,其他部门最高岗位只能有1人,符合条件晋级的员工只有等到高级员工辞职、辞退、退休后方可以晋升。9、初入职员工在进入本公司前已在其他公司工作过,或从事过与本公司相同相近的工作,具有一定的工作经验和工作能力,或经考核或经公司领导推荐,可直接进入中高级岗位。二、岗位分类1、洗车部:洗车学徒工、洗车技工一、洗车技工二、洗车技师一、洗车技师二、高级洗车技师2、美容部:美容学徒工、美容技工一、美容技工二、

16、五、仓管员六。11、文秘岗,包括资料员、文员:文员一、文员二、文员三、文员四、文员五、文员六。12、职 务:经理、主任、店长、组长、主管。三、岗位分类及工资标准(见附件一 岗位分类及工资标准表)四、岗位升级考核认定分类和标准(一)各岗位在岗时间表(见附件二)(二)洗车、美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆部1、学徒工:新入职员工从事美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆工作,而之前没有从事过本行业的工作经验,或者试用期内的表现为初学者,可以认定为学徒工。(1)洗车部初入职人员3个月内,可定为学徒工;(2)美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆部员工试用期后的1年内,可定为学徒工;2、技工一:即有简单技术的工作人员,具备简单的技术能力和经验。洗车员工任学徒工6个月后,经考核合格和评审后可升为技工一。美容部、维修部和装饰、钣金、喷漆部员工任学徒工满1年,能熟练地使用各种工具,具备初步简单维修、保养、快修、美容和从事简单钣金、喷漆、装饰工作能力,经考核合格和评审
