16、五、仓管员六。11、文秘岗，包括资料员、文员：文员一、文员二、文员三、文员四、文员五、文员六。12、职 务：经理、主任、店长、组长、主管。三、岗位分类及工资标准（见附件一 岗位分类及工资标准表）四、岗位升级考核认定分类和标准（一）各岗位在岗时间表（见附件二）（二）洗车、美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆部1、学徒工：新入职员工从事美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆工作，而之前没有从事过本行业的工作经验，或者试用期内的表现为初学者，可以认定为学徒工。（1）洗车部初入职人员3个月内，可定为学徒工；（2）美容、装饰、维修、钣金、喷漆部员工试用期后的1年内，可定为学徒工；2、技工一：即有简单技术的工作人员，具备简单的技术能力和经验。洗车员工任学徒工6个月后，经考核合格和评审后可升为技工一。美容部、维修部和装饰、钣金、喷漆部员工任学徒工满1年，能熟练地使用各种工具，具备初步简单维修、保养、快修、美容和从事简单钣金、喷漆、装饰工作能力，经考核合格和评审
