3、及按期发挥效益的关键。因此，进度控制理论在进度管理中就十分重要的组成部分，在实践中有着广泛的应用和发挥。进度控制理论不仅能够为研究企业有效控制项目进度提供理论依据，更能为控制项目成本和质量提供有效手段。将项目进度控制的理论在工程建设中高效应用，可以对指导工程进度、保证工期按时完成起到一定作用。本文旨在总结进度管理理论的内容、应用方法及其在项目管理中的作用，证明方法为项目进度管理理论基础的相关研究。本文以M学院学生公寓门禁系统安装管理工程项目为研究对象，研究该怎样在该项目的进度控制计划与运用等各个环节中有效应用项目进度控制的理论、方法与技术，很好的达到了项目进度控制在解决项目运营中许多具体问题的
4、目的。本篇论文的结构安排主要为首先对项目管理和进度控制的基本原理进行解释，并阐释方法及进度计划的编制与实施等相关理论。然后，本篇论文还本工程项目进度控制的准备工作进行了解释，具体包括：重点研究项目的概况，进行工作结构分析，确定项目组织机构的各种设置和各种职能的规划，同时明确进度控制各种要求。其后对项目详细的进度控制大致的过程进行研究，以进度控制程序、方法这两大方面为着眼点阐述整个项目的进度控制方案、解释项目进度安排与进度计划的详细制度。最后，本论文结合层次分析法于模糊数学的模糊综合评判的相关理论，就评判指标体系给出了综合评价，以及联系本项目案例给出了整个的评判过程。关键词：进度控制 网络计划
