2、6月 日摘要氯化石蜡的分子式为C25H30Cl22或C24H29Cl2，它是饱和的C10-30直链正构石蜡烃的氯化衍生物，用作不饱和聚酯专用阻燃剂，钙塑材料和地毯后背阻燃剂，防水涂料、合成纤维、木材或木纤维、聚烯烃和聚氯乙烯等的阻燃剂。还可作为光亮剂、渗透剂和乳化促进剂，也可用于胶泥、油墨中。氯蜡-70，简称RCl-70，外观为白色或淡黄色粉末，分子式可用C25H30Cl22或C24H29Cl21表示，平均分子量1 0601100，熔点108，密度1.65g/cm3。氯化石蜡-70的化学稳定性好，在常温下不与水、氧化剂、稀碱溶液反应。它无味、无毒，可溶于多种有机溶剂(如丙酮、甲乙酮、苯、甲苯、
3、二甲苯、四氯化碳、三氯乙烷、)，但不溶于水和低级醇类(如甲醇、异丙醇和正丁醇氯化石蜡是石蜡氯化得到的产品，当氯质量分数为70%时称氯化石蜡-70。氯化石蜡-70又称氯烃等)。参照沈阳化工股份有限公司氯蜡-70装置，设计了年产2300吨氯蜡装置的工艺设计. 本设计以液态石蜡和氯气为原料，热氯化的方法生产氯化石蜡-70。主要确定了氯化石蜡的生产工艺，由火车槽车运来的精重蜡，用泵卸入蜡贮罐，在贮罐内脱水后用泵打入三楼蜡高位槽，经转子流量计流入硅胶吸附塔和活性碳吸附塔，由活性碳吸附塔出来的蜡进入精制蜡罐，再用泵打入三楼计量罐，定量加入氯化槽，氯化所产生的尾气经缓冲罐送去合成盐酸，氯化所得的氯化石蜡送精
4、制槽脱酸精制后包装。本设计对氯化段进行了热量衡算和物料衡算，对精制段进行了物料衡算，并对蜡储罐、泵、高位槽、低位槽、氯化槽、换热器、精制槽、尾气分离器、缓冲罐、碱循环罐和稳定剂罐等生产设备进行了工艺参数的确定以及设备尺寸的计算与选型。对氯化石蜡的主要生产设备氯化槽和精制槽进行了设计选型，氯化槽选用型号为：F-0.6-7-GTBS HG/T2372-92，设备台数为2台，精制槽选用型号为：F-0.6-7-GTBS HG/T2372-92设备数为1台，本设计选用石墨换热器，选用型号为：GHA450-20。关键词： 氯化石蜡；增塑剂；热氯化法；设计AbstractChlorinated paraff
