Howev

2、er, the heat performance and processing stability ofPVC were lower, so it is need to add a variety of additives to improve the performance ofPVC. The production and consumption of the plasticizer for PVC processing aids is thebiggest in the world, which plays a very important role to improve the per

3、formance of PVC.The most used polyester plasticizer is adjacent benzene two formic acid ester, where inthe adjacent benzene two formic acid two ester (DOP) are generally used. However, someevidence indicates that the DOP have toxic and carcinogenic factors. The poly (ethyleneadipate) (PEA) is perman

4、ent environmental plasticizers, which have lower volatility andmobility, high temperature resistance, and not easy to be water and solvent extraction, lowtoxicity. It has realistic significance to replace DOP.The poly (ethylene adipate) (PEA) were successfully synthesized by means ofpolyesterificati

5、on reaction. The adipic acid and glycol was chosen as the starting materials.The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was adopted to measure the molecular weight ofthe products. The boiling point and melting point were measured by the type B pipe.According to the GB testing standards for the acid val

6、ue and hydroxyl value, the viscositywas investigated by the viscosity approach. The transference and mechanical properties werealso measured. Finally, the relationship between the molecular weight of PEA and PVCgrowth performance was studied and the best effect of the molecular weight of PEA weredes

7、igned subsequently.Theoretical design of controlling polymer molecular weight conditions are: Vacuum 86.3kPa, polymer average molecular weight 1000, vacuum of 99.7 kPa, polymer averagemolecular weight 3000.The research results show that microwave synthesis of PEA and the optimum reactioncondition is

8、 adipic acid and ethylene glycol molar ratio1:1.2, reaction time 2029min,reaction temperature 210 , vacuum of 95 kPa, and get the number average molecular weightfrom 9253860.Synthesis of polyester plasticizer PEA plasticized PVC is superior to DOP. According tothe criteria of evaluation, it has reac

9、hed the plasticized requirements in the amount of 10 g,the elongation at break of 186.45%. And with increasing, the elongation, the tensile strengthincreased synchronously. Synthesis of polyester plasticizer PEA and PVC compatibility, highextraction, the transfer resistance is superior to the tradit
