These activities offer students the opportunity to discuss what food they must eat to have a balanced diet and how much they should eat each day, to imagine they are planning to open a restaurant which will provide

3、 the best local dishes and a balanced diet and then to write a short passage to advertise their restaurant and its service. The practice of speaking and writing is important for students to use the vocabulary and structures they have learned. This is also a best way to test if students have mastered

4、 what they have learned. Encourage them in groups to discuss how to run the business, give each other suggestions and advice and finally write a good advertisement for their restaurant.Speaking and writing are higher stages of language learning. The teacher should frequently give students some assig
