2、usage and approval procedure when associates call the service from DHL or EMS. GUIDELINESEMS Service1. The EMS service is appointed for the document transition within China only.2. The service hot line for the document collection is 86-20-11185.3. I f the call is made to EMS Service for the document
3、 collection from SLPG office before 10:00 AM in a day, the courier can be collected by the EMS Service associates and also the document can catch up the flight for the courier destinations around the lunch time in the same day. If the collection call is made after 10:00 AM in a day, then the courier
4、 will catch up the flight around dinner time in the day.4. The service hour is available from 0900 1730 (Monday to Friday) and 0900 1100 (Saturday)5. 5、tside China.2. The service hot line for the document collection is 86-20-800 810 8000 and the service is available from 0800 1730 (Monday to Sunday).3. For any service problem, please contact with Ms. Sammi Yan at 86-20-28392156- Only with the approval from the hotel General Manager or at the Division Head level, the call for collection service can be made.- All the couriered document or goods must be for business purpose with company job related.- The Approval Form for DHL or EMS usage is attached.
