2、scrimination,stigma,doubt,andviolenceastheystoodinthefaceofthisdeadlydisease.Manyofthemwouldnotbeheretoday,butforthededicationofotherpersonslivingwithHIV,theirlovedonesandfamilies,communityadvocates,andmembersofthemedicalprofession.OnWorldAIDSDay,werededicateourselvestodevelopinganationalAIDSstrateg

5、ntlyinfected,oneinfivedoesnotknowtheyhavethecondition,andthemajorityofnewinfectionsarespreadbypeoplewhoareunawareoftheirownstatus.HIV/AIDSdoesnotdiscriminateasitinfiltratesneighborhoodsandcommunities.Americansofanygender,age,ethnicity,income,orsexualorientationcanandarecontractingthedisease.虽然我们亲眼目睹

10、elatedhealthdisparities.WehavealreadyensuredthatvisitorstoourshoreslivingwithHIVarenotmarginalizedanddiscriminatedagainstbecauseoftheirHIVstatus.WehavealsosecuredthecontinuationofcriticalHIV/AIDScareandtreatmentservices.Today,werecommitourselvestobuildingontheaccomplishmentsofthepastdecadesthathaved
