It suggests that we should never only eat what we like best and advices getting suitable amount of food that we can have at home .On one hand we are told to eat up all we have on our plates. On the other hand when we go out for dinner, we
4、must pack home all we didnt finish. In this way not only can we save a lot of food, reduce the rubbish but also we can form a good habit of saving. Lets join in clearing the plate.
