1、基于电子商务的农产品加工业业务流程更组研究=HtWhlta指导教师：余序洲20060515中南民族大学硕士学位论文当前，以网络技术为支撑的电子商务正在全球范I羽内迅猛发展，这是不以人 们的意志为转移的，它代表着人类社会先进生产力的前进方向。对我国的企业来 说，发展电子商务用不着争论，也由不得等待，唯一的选择是尽快迎头赶上，以 适应世界经济全球化、信息化、多样化发展的潮流；同吋将传统业务同电子商务 技术相结合，牢固掌握新技术、充分运用新技术，通过流程的重组优化来提高现 有经营过程的质量、降低运营成本，从而实现企业在市场竞争中的优势。业务流程重组(BPR),是二十世纪九十年代以來发生在企业管理领域
2、里的一场 革命。这场以企业业务流程再造为内容的管理革命，不仅很快风靡了全球，而且 对企业的经营管理方式、人们的思维方式等均产生了强烈冲击和深远影响。近年 来，电子商务的迅速发展与业务流程重组浪潮融合到了一起，I韦I绕电子商务发展 而展开的业务流程重组(e-BPR)将是未来业务流程重组的主要方向。如何通过业 务流程重组来提升企业的经营管理水平、提升企业的核心竞争力，已成为当代众 多企业的共同选择。农产品加工业是我国正在快速成长的新兴朝阳产业，它已成为促进农产品竞 争力增强、农业增效、农民增收的重要领域，成为国民经济中发展颇具潜力的增 长点；其发展在农业产业化经营中站举足轻重的地位，是实现农村现代
3、化的有效 途径。面对为前的电子商务环境，农产品加工企业必然要加快业务流程的重组， 推进农业产业化经营，增加农民收入，提升我国农业的国际竞争力。然而，作为企业管理再造的新理念和新工具，业务流程重组的实施是一项菲 常复杂而宏大的管理工程。它涉及到企业内外部方方面面的因索，如顾客、企业 的领导者、信息技术、组织结构、管理理念、战略H标、企业文化等等。本文在前人研究的基础上，将与电子商务发展相适应的业务流程重组理论运 用于农产品加工企业，对其主要的经营业务流程采购流程作重组研究分析， 指出电子商务环境下的采购流程相对于传统的采购流程而言，有其优越性和创新 处，提出农产品加工企业采购流程重组的策略和实施
4、步骤，以及农产品加工企业 重组采购流程的意义；最后，在采购流程重组研究分析的基础上，提出农产品加 工业应用业务流程重组理论，实施前的政策建议和措施以及实施对策。本文的研究成果为信息经济吋代下我国农产品加工业的发展提供了方向指 导，以期能有所帮助。关键词：电子商务；农产甜加工业；业务流程重组；采购流程基于电了商务的农产品加工业业务流程更纽研究AbstractAt present, e-business supported IT is swiftly developing in the global range, it is independent of peoples will, it repr

In the face of the present e-business environment, the processing enterprise of agricultural products must accelerate the reengineering of the business process, advance the agricultural industri
12、al production managing, increase peasants income, promote the international competitiveness of the agriculture of our country.However, as new idea and new tool of business management reengineering, the implementation of BPR is very complicated and mighty management engineering. It involves to the in

Tt points out the procurement process under the e-business environment as to traditional procurement process, has its superiority and i
15、nnovative place, and puts forward the tactics and the implementation step of the procurement process reengineering of the processing enterprise of agricultural products, and the meaning. Finally, on the basis of the research and analysis of the procurement process reengineering, it puts forward the
