1、 自体肋软骨联合硅胶假体在短鼻畸形修复中的应用研究 张庆卫 王成元 张顺生摘要目的：探討自体肋软骨联合硅胶假体在短鼻畸形修复中的应用研究。方法：选择2015年2月-2017年3月笔者医院接诊的110例短鼻畸形患者进行研究，通过随机数表法分为观察组（58例）和对照组（52例），对照组采用硅胶假体修复，观察组在对照组的基础上联合自体肋软骨修复。比较两组手术情况、鼻修复效果、满意度及并发症情况。结果：观察组修复成功率高于对照组，手术时间长于对照组100.00% vs 92.31%，（89.7311.05）min vs（56.605.28）min，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：自体肋软骨联合硅
