7、 mangers will be assessed by the CEO, and all the assessment result should be submitted to HR and it will work aft er HR* s approve 2.考核实施程序 Assessment procedure(1)各部门负责人、各校区校长组织、学术部每季度组织对员匸实际工作表现进行评估,并将结果汇 总上交人力资源部。Department managers, principals and academic department should do the sessment to th

8、e employee each quarter and also submit the result to HR.(2)人力资源部于审批结束后的五个r作日内将考核结果反馈彼考核者.逬行績效面谈,HR will tell the result to the employee within 5 workdays after approval and will talk face to face六、考核结果运用 Assessment result utilize1. 季度考核 Quarter assessment季度考核的结果主要为员丄年度绩效工资、年度调薪提供依据。The assessment r

9、esult works as the basis of performance bonus and annual salary adjustment 2. 年度审核 Annual assessment年度考核的结果主要用于员工职务调整、奖金分配与培训的安排.Annual assessment is used for employees * position adjustment , bonus andfill1-training arrangement(1)奖金分配调薪安排 Bonus distribution and salary adjustment plan 公司根据员丄实际工作表现评估

12、no any bonus and salary adjustment if under C(2)培训与发展 Training and development考核等级为A级和B级的员工.有资格享受公司安排的提升培训.The employees who get the A or B will have the chance to attend the promotion training考评比例中出现C公司则安排其参加相关培训并没有奖金及年度调薪相应培训The employees who get the C will attend some training but there will be n

13、oany bonus and salary adjustment考评比例中出现D公司则会考虑其调岗并安排相应培训The company will arrange the position adjustment and training to theemployees who get the D考评比例中出现E公司则有权给予辞退The company will have the right to dismiss the employees who get E七、本制度的解释权属中心人力资源部。The interpretation right of this assessment system is belonged to HR八、本制度自颁布之日起实施。This assessment system will be carried out when it is issued
