1、学校工会2021年下半年工作计划学校工会20年下半年工作计划20下半年，中学工会在上级工会和学校党支部的领导下，继续坚持学校“以德育为首，教学为中心”的办学宗旨，认真学习，加强师德建设，积极投身教育、教学活动，加强民主管理，加强组织建设等，取得较好成绩，高考入线、录取人数达到历年最高水平。在下半年里，我们要继续认真贯彻全总十三大精神，在上级组织和学校党支部的领导下，进一步发挥工会的参与和维护职能，充分调动会员群众的积极性，为扎实提高学校的教育教学质量而努力。结合学校实际，拟着重做好下列工作：一、加强学习，提高会员素质继续学习党的十六大精神，全总十四大精神和同志关于“三个代表”的重要讲话，结合学
2、校实际，开展有效活动，使广大会员群众认清形势，加强师德修养，解放思想，发挥主观能动作用，在学校各项工作中锻炼自己，作出应有贡献。在把竞争机制引进评估、评奖的同时，引导会员提倡奉献精神，同心同德做好工作。二、教育会员以主人翁精神投身教育教学工作要更好履行工会的参与职能，作为工委班子，对学校工作应发挥参谋助手作用，为学校党政班子的科学决策出主意，当参谋。在教育工作中，提倡寓思想教育于课堂教学中。继续推动“敬业爱生，为人师表”的师德建设活动。三、完善教代会制度，加强民主管理维护是工会的另一个职能。正如全总领导指出：工会不维护职工的合法权益就没有存在的必要。维护的着眼点是保护、调动和发挥广大教职员工的
3、积极性，把这种积极性引导到更好地完成学校的各项任务。为此，完善教代会制度，加强民主管理是应继续推进的。除了在教代会上让代表们充分发表意见，积极提出建议外，要求教代会代表平时应深入群众，及时反映广大会员的心声，起好学校领导班子与群众的桥梁作用，协助学校完善管理制度。注意发挥工会小组长的作用。巩固和扩大工会工作的骨干队伍。四、关心群众生活，健全建家工作按照学校党支部的要求，办好教职工之家，营造和谐活跃的氛围，开展有益的课余文体活动，与兄弟单位举办联谊活动，做好伤病及家有丧事的教职工的探访、慰问工作。关心退休教职工的健康和生活，重大节假日做好他们的慰问工作。进一步开展女教职工的“四自”教育，维护女工
