(帮助) + ful → helpful adj. 有帮助的 be friendly to sb=be kind to sb对某人友好 be friendly with sb和某人关系好from time to time. from time to time 意为“间或;有时”,常在句中作状语【近义词】 at times 有时 once in a while 偶尔 now and then 时而与时间有关的短语: on time 准时 in time 及时 all the time 总是 ahead of time 提前 at one time 曾经,一度 at any time 随时 at no time 绝不 in no time 立刻,马上 on a/ the ….team 参加。

队 enough放在名词前或者后,放在形容词或者副词后Step 4 pairworkMake conversations about Paula using the information in 2b.Eg: A: Paula used to be really quiet.B: I know. She was always silent in class.Step 5 Role playAsk the Ss to read 2d and answer the questions, check the answers.Then ask the Ss to role play 2d.Explain: such为形容词,意为“这(那)样的;修饰名词;so是副词,意为“这(那)么; 如此地”,修饰形容词、副词和分词当名词前有many,much,few或little等词修饰时,要用so而不用such. such + a / an +形容词+可数名词单数形式”相当于“so +形容词+a / an +可数名词单数形式”, 表示“如此…的一个…”since作“自...以来, 从...至今”的意思的时候, 主句用完成时态, 分句则用过去时。

如果主句是is或者has,since从句则用过去式 如果主句是was,since从句则用过去完成时态See/hear/feel/notice/watch/sb doing看见,听见,感觉,注意,观看某人正在做某事 That’s because那是因为 That’s why那是为什么 Step6 Homework1. Review the new words and expressions. 2. Recite 2d3. Finish the exercise book 教学反思。
