15、按分块线位置焊接水平龙骨。水平龙骨焊接前应根据石板尺寸、挂件位置提前进行打孔，孔径一般应大于固定挂件的螺栓1-2mm，左右方向最好打成椭圆形，以便挂件的左右调整。4）经检查水平高度和焊缝符合设计要求后将焊渣敲干净。5）涂刷防腐材料。一般情况下，室内钢材涂刷2遍防锈漆、室外焊缝先涂刷一遍富锌底漆，干燥后再涂刷防锈漆12遍，要求涂刷均匀，不得漏刷。3. 石板粘背板：将石板背面用云石胶粘结预制好的背板楞条，背板与石板不得满粘短平槽长度不应小于100mm，在有效长度内槽深不宜小于15mm；开槽宽度宜为67mm（挂件：不锈钢支撑板厚度不宜小于3mm、铝合金支撑板厚度不宜小于4mm）。弧形槽的有效长度不应
16、小于80mm。两挂件间的距离一般不应大于600mm。设计无要求时，两短槽边距离石板两端部的距离不应小于石板厚度的3倍且不应小于85mm，也不应大于180mm。石板开槽后不得有损坏或崩边现象，槽口应打磨成45倒角，槽内应光滑、洁净。开槽后应将槽内的石屑吹干净或冲洗干净。4挂件安装：将挂件用螺栓临时固定在横龙骨的打眼处，安装时螺栓的螺帽朝上，同时应将平垫、弹簧垫安放齐全并适当拧紧。将首层石板逐块进行试挂，位置不相符时应调整挂件的左右使其相符。5石板安装：1）短槽式：首层石板安装。将沿地面层的挂件进行检查，如平垫、弹簧垫安放齐全则拧紧螺帽。将石板下的槽内抹满环氧树脂专用胶，然后将石板插入；调整石板的左右位置找完水平、垂直、方正后将石板上槽内抹满环氧树脂专用胶。将上部的挂件支
