1、Section Writing 通知一、基本结构通知是一种安排活动、传达事情或布置工作时使用的文体。它包括书面通知和口头通知。1书面通知即以书面的形式表达通知的内容。要写清事由、时间、地点、活动内容等，时态以一般将来时为主。常用下述格式：(1)通知上方正中间应写上Notice 或NOTICE。(2)发通知的单位可以放在正文的右下方，也可以放在标题的上方，有时也可省去。(3)书面通知无称呼语，发通知的单位或通知对象一般采用第三人称，写作时要简明扼要。(4)通知的日期应放在正文的左下方，在单位名称的下一行。2口头通知是以口头形式传达消息，包含四部分：称呼语、开场白、正文、结束语。口头通知一般可以省
