1、商务书信写作10大注意事项 商务书信，在商务英语的地位是很重要的，那么在商务书信的写作中有什么要注意的呢?下面就和一起来看看吧! 一、切忌主客不分或模糊。 例子:Decidingtorescindtheearlierestimate,ourreportwasupdatedtoinclude$40,000fornewequipment.应改为Decidingtorescindourearlierestimate,wehaveupdatedourreporttoinclude$40,000fornewequipment.(We决定呀,不是report.) 二、句子不要零碎。 例子:Hedecide

2、dnottoauditthelasttencontracts.Becauseofourpreviousobjectionsaboutpliance.两个句子应该连在一起：Hedecidednottoauditthelasttencontractsbecauseofourpreviousobjectionsaboutpliance. 三、结构对称，令人容易理解。 例子:Theownerquestionedtheoccupantsleaseintentionsandthefactthatthecontracthadbeenalteredwithinkmarkings.应改为:Theownerque

3、stionedtheoccupantsleaseintentionsandinkalterationsofthecontract. 四、单复数不要搞乱，不然会好刺眼，看着不舒服。 例如:Anauthorizedpersonmustshowthattheyhavesecurityclearance.应改为Authorizedpersonsmustshowthattheyhavesecurityclearance. 五、动词和主语要呼应。 想想这两个句子的分别:1.Thisisoneofthepublic-relationsfunctionsthatisunder-budgeted.2.Thisi

4、soneofthepublic-relationsfunctions,whichareunder-budgeted. 六、时态和语气不要转换太多。 看商务英语已经是苦事，不要浪费人家的精力啊。 七、标点要准确。 例如:Hedidnotmakerepairs,however,hecontinuedtomonitortheequipment.应改为:Hedidnotmakerepairs;however,hecontinuedtomonitortheequipment. 八、选词正确。 像affect和effect，operative和operational等等就要弄清楚才好用啦。 九、拼字正确。
