13、 minutes at rated voltage and frequency. 15 绕阻保护 PTC 热敏电阻温度保护 目前,最常用的电动机绕组过热保护方式是采用在电动机绕组中 安装 PTC 热敏电阻进行保护。由于热敏电阻的热容量较低以及其 在绕足间优良的热传导特性,绕组温度可被准确的监控。当达到 极限温度时(标称跳闸温度),PTC 热敏电阻阻值会出现一个阶跃 变化。这一变化被跳闸装置捕捉后,即可断开辅助回路。 PTC 热敏电阻本身不能耐受大电流和高电压。否则会导致半导体器 件损坏。PTC 热敏电阻和跳闸装置的开关滞后效应小,因此可以实 现快速重起。对于重载起动、起动频率高、负载变化大、环

14、境温 度高或电源波动大等应用场合,建议电动机使用该类保护。 Winding protection PTC thermistors protection The most comprehensive protection against thermal overloading of the motor is provided by PTC thermistors (thermistor motor protection) installed in the motor winding. The temperature of the winding can be accurately monitor

15、ed thanks to its lowheating capacity and the excellent heat contact with the winding. When a limit temperature is reached (nominal tripping temperature), the resistance of PTC thermistors will have a step change. This is evaluated by a tripping unit and can be used to open auxiliary circuits. The PTC thermistors themselves cannot be subjected to high currents and voltages. This would result in destruction of the semiconductor. The switching hysteresis of the PTC thermistor and tripping unit is low, which supports fast restarting of the drive.
