1、克拉克的55条班规(经典中英文版)优秀是教出来的的作者克拉克老师年仅二十八岁，是全美最佳教师奖得主，是唯一被美国总统接见过三次的小学老师，已荣获“全美最佳教师奖”。他教过的学校，学生都来自最贫困的家庭，学校的资源也不丰富。但凭着他的热情与本书所介绍的“基本五十五条”，只要被他教过的学生，成绩一定会突飞猛进，气质也会变得彬彬有礼。（下面是其中一部分，一部分不符合我们国家的没有选，有兴趣的可以到网上查询。）1、与大人应对，要有礼貌，有分寸；Rule 1 When responding to any adult, you must answer by saying“Yes maam” or “No
2、sir.” Just nodding your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.2、与人互动，眼睛要看着对方的眼睛；Rule 2 Make eye contact. When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him or her at all times. If someone makes a comment, turn and face that person.3、别人有好表现，要替他高兴；Rule 3 If someone in the class win

She made a good point I feel that” or “I think Victor made an excellent observation, and it made me realize”(很多时候“我们不同意别人的观点，可又苦于没有一种很轻松的氛围能让我们把满脑子的想法自由地表达出来。” “担心一旦自己的想法自由地表达出来，别人会怎么看，自己会不会遭到嘲笑、贬低和忽略。”克拉克先生的办法是：“在讨论问题的时候，要对其他同学的评论、观点和想法表示尊重。要尽可能地这样说：“我同意约翰的观点，同时我也感到” “我不同意沙拉的看法，尽管她
6、抓住了问题的核心，但我觉得”或者“我认为维可多的观察真是太精彩了，它让我意识到简单地说，就是：尊重别人，注意讲话技巧。核心是要懂得尊重人。而“尊重人”，则是个大原则、大观念了。它可以说含概了前面详细提到的所有教育细节。我认为，教育孩子时，要注意大原则的把握。大原则把握了，其他细节会很自然地理解、领悟。心里有了强烈的尊重他人的观念，在做事的细节上就会“本该如此”。感悟到“大观念”是重要，可是简单的、一味的向孩子反复灌输“要尊重人”，孩子能明白吗？也许我们传统的教育太重大道理而忽视了具体细节，而这些细节看起来乱七八糟的小节，也许正是对我们最有帮助的。)5、自己有什么好表现，不要炫耀，输给别人也不要
7、生气；Rule 5 If you win or do well at something, do not brag. If you lose, do not show anger. Instead, say something like, “I really enjoyed the competition, and I look forward to playing you again,” or“good game,” or dont say anything at all. To show anger or sarcasm, such as “I wasnt playing hard any
