2、机不再是简单的计算工具，它已成为我们生活中处理大量信息的不可或缺的手段。在当今产业竞争越来越激烈的信息时代，企业经营除了降低成本，提高品质外，更需要以先进的管理理念来整合食堂仓库内部与外部资源。仓库管理系统正是在这个背景下产生的。本系统正是针对仓库部门的货物信息管理，通过对仓库基本信息出入库信息等的系统界面设计，将会给管理者带来极大的方便，具有手工管理无法比拟的优点，例如检索速度快、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、使用时间长等。用计算机管理取代传统的手工操作，大大减少了管理人员的工作量，提高了工作效率，为获取详细的管理信息提供了保证，方便各类人员的查询和信息保证，增强了管理工作的时效和人员主动性
3、。食堂仓库管理系统是为了实现食品管理的系统化、规范化和自动化，从而提高食堂仓库管理效率而设计的。它完全取代了原来一直用人工管理的工作方式，避免了由于管理人员的工作疏忽以及管理质量问题所造成的各种错误，为及时、准确、高效的完成仓库管理提供了强有力的工具和管理手段。食堂仓库管理系统是一个中小型数据库管理系统，它界面美观、操作简单、安全性高，基本满足了仓库管理的要求。整个系统由基本信息、单据中心、查询统计、报表打印、维护设置、帮助等模块组成，本系统是在以Sql server 2000作为后台数据库，以JAVA为编程语言来开发的。仓库管理系统在运行阶段，效果好，数据准确性高，提高了工作效率，同时也实现

15、设,以及标准化制度的建立等。从物流管理的要素上来看,我国目前的高校后勤仓库管理还存在以下几个方面的问题： （1）从人的方面来看,后勤部门正面临人力资源管理危机。主要表现为管理人才的缺乏和大量冗余人员的存在,造成了后勤部门的运行效率低下,风险意识和开创创新精神的欠缺,导致了整个后勤仍然不能有效参与社会竞争1。 （2）从功能要素上来看,后勤部门的资源分散,不能形成经营的规模,资源浪费和闲置现象较为严重,后勤资源不能充分发挥作用,管理的分散难以形成专业化的优势,势必降低后勤部门经营的效果。 （3）由于思想观念和管理视角的局限,以及监管和反馈机制的缺乏,使后勤服务部门的物流管理工作在制度、规范、机构和政策等方面的建设不能及时落到实处,使高校的物流管理水平因为缺乏必要的支持因素而难以提高。1.2项目开发的目的高校餐饮改革作为学校后勤社会化改革的一部分,既有尊重教育规律,为学生服务的教育属性,又有逐步实现企业化管理,尊重经济规律,讲求经
