What a wonderful time we had at the dinner party! =We had a wonderful time at the dinner party. 感叹句what+名词 how+形容词 time 时光，是一名词，所以是用what 我们在晚会度过了一个多么精彩的时光呀! 或用How wonderful the time we had at the dinner party!,what与how引导的感叹句，一般情况下可以相互转换，转换后意义不变。如： What an interesting story it is!=How interesting
2、the story is! What a beautiful bulding it is!=How beautiful the building is!,1. What+a(an)+（形容词）+单数可数名词+主语+谓语！如： What an apple this is! What a fine day it is! 2. What+(形容词）+可数名词复数或不可数名词+主语+谓语！ What kind women they are! What nice music it is!,how用来修饰形容词、副词或动词。其结构是：How+形容词（副词）+主语+谓语！ How hard the work
3、er are working! How clever the girl is! How quickly the boy is writing! 注意：当how修饰动词时，动词不跟着感叹词提到主语之前。 How (quickly) the runner runs!,6. When he came in，I happened to be lying on the bed，reading. 他进来的时候，我碰巧正躺在床上看书。 动词不定式进行式的用法 动词不定式进行式表示动作正在进行，与谓语动词表示的动作同时发生。如： He seems to be recovering. 他看来正在康复。,7.Do

5、our school each have an English dictionary. = The students in our school have an English dictionary each. each用于复数名词后面还是取决于名词 把它放在前面则要用单数，如Each of the students in our school has an English dictionary.,13. The weather being fine, they decided to go out for a long walk. 【独立主格】 因为这一句中，主句是 they decided
6、to go out for a long walk句子的主语是they,前半句是表示一种伴随情况，做伴随状语 但由于它也有自己的逻辑主语weather,这就出现了逻辑主语与句子主语不一致的问题 遇到这种情况需要使用一种特殊结构-独立主格结构： 即有自己主语的状语短语或从句，此时需将短语或从句中的谓语动词改为分词形式。,这句话来自： Because the weather was fine, they decided to go out for a long walk. 将原先的谓语“was“变成它的现在分词形式“being”，表主动。,14.Whoever told you that was
7、lying. 谁告诉你这个，谁就在撒谎。 Whoever = anyone who 任何人 Anyone (who told you that = 定语从句) was lying.,7. B at the meeting encouraged all of us. A. He being praised B. His having been praised C. He having been praised praised D. For him to have praised,答案：选B项，为动名词的复合结构在句中作主语。 动名词的复合结构 物主代词或名词所有格加动名词，构成动名词复合结构。
8、在动名词复合结构中，物主代词或名词所有格是逻辑上的主语，动名词是逻辑上的谓语动词。这种结构在句中可用作主语、宾语等。如： Your going there will help a lot.你到那里对事情将大有帮助。(your going there作主语) Do you mind my smoking?我可以抽烟吗?(my smoking作mind的宾语),8. Each time _/_ they met, they would talk long hours together. each time,属于名词可以直接引导时间状语从句，类似的有the moment 如： I returned his money the moment I saw him .,
