15、灾情信息向通过邮箱、短信、电话向各基层校（园）通报。3.2 预警3.2.1 预警等级根据县防指规定，台风预警等级从低到高可分为、四级，预警信号颜色依次为蓝色、黄色、橙色和红色。台风、降雨、洪水和地质灾害预警等级由气象、水文、国土等监测预报部门根据台风影响程度、范围和降雨情况确定。3.2.2 预警发布中心学校根据县教育局下发的教育系统防台风工作要求，以及本预案相关条款规定，做好相关预警工作。3.3 预防3.3.1 预防准备（1）组织准备：中心学校防汛抗旱领导小组及各基层校（园）应建立健全组织指挥体系，落实防台风工作责任人、预警人员、抢险队伍等。（2）预案准备：中心学校防汛抗旱领导小组及各基层校（
