11、山东轻工业学院委员会2008年工作总结2008年我校共青团工作围绕团省委和校党委的工作部署，服务大局、与时俱进、开拓创新，大力加强青年学生思想政治教育，竭诚服务青年学生成长成才，维护稳定、服务教学科研工作、强化自身建设，积极推进团建创新，较好地完成了年度工作任务，推动我校共青团工作实现了新发展。一、加强团学组织自身建设，努力提高队伍素质。1、加强学习培训，不断提高思想、组织和作风建设的水平。团委十分重视自身建设，团结带领各级团学组织和广大团员青年，认真学习党的路线、方针、政策，进一步明确工作理念和工作目标任务。定期开展学团工作研讨，加强对团干部的理论素养和工作能力培训，为团干部联系发表论文30
12、余篇，外出学习培训考察20余人次，使他们开阔视野，增长才干，提高工作水平和能力，增强工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。团委全体工作人员能够切实落实科学发展观，树立服务意识、大局意识，围绕学校中心工作创新工作思路，较好地完成工作任务。 2、规范基层团组织建设，活跃基层团组织工作。按照我校共青团山东轻工业学院委员会组织建设工作条例，我们进一步规范团的组织建设，参照团总支工作考核细则和山东轻工业学院红旗团总支、团支部评选办法，对各基层团组织工作进行量化考核，评选红旗团总支3个，先进团总支3个，交流了工作，促进了组织和作风建设，极大地调动了工作积极性，规范了共青团工作的管理； “推优”入党占团员入党的百分
13、比为100%。实施“凝聚力工程”，在部分社区、社团建立团支部。3、重视学生组织建设，发挥积极作用。加强对学生会、研究生会和学生社团的指导工作，成立社团指导委员会，通过政策引导、制度规范等，做到学生“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”。重视学生干部的培训，在团省委素质教育中心开办了学生干部素质拓展训练营，举办学生会、社团干部培训班。通过以上各种措施，增强他们的服务意识，提高他们的个人素质和工作能力。我校社团健康发展，现已有注册社团57个，会员13000余人次。我校青年志愿者服务总队队长贺云龙同学被团省委推荐为2008年北京残奥会火炬手，代表大学生们参加了奥运圣火的传递。学生社团环保协会，组织实施的项
14、目山东长清大学园区富营养化景观水体的生态恢复，获得全国青少年生态环保社团资助项目。许多爱心志愿社团走进附近社区、学校、敬老院开展助残、防艾宣传、支教等服务，在实践中奉献爱心，回报社会，锻炼自己。全年评选优秀学生分会6个，优秀社团15个。二、积极开展各类主题教育活动，促进大学生全面发展。1、大学生思想政治教育活动成效显著。我们把握时代脉搏，紧抓理想信念教育不放松，组织策划了一系列主题鲜明的理想信念教育活动，引导广大青年大学生励志、成才、报国。积极开展“我与祖国共奋进 我与学校共发展”主题教育活动，通过“校兴我荣 我为校园添光彩”主题团日活动等增强团员意识，培养社会责任感，积极建设和谐校园。为了缅
15、怀烈士的丰功伟绩，寄托对烈士的哀思，3月27日，我们组织了百余名学子到长清区爱国主义教育基地开展了以“缅怀先烈，奋发图强”为主题的爱国主义教育活动。今年是五四运动89周年、共青团成立86周年，根据鲁青发20084号文件精神，我们组织开展了以“富民强省新跨越，五四精神伴我行”为主题的思想政治教育系列活动。4月30日，我校隆重举行了奥运倒计时100天庆祝活动，党委书记闫秉科、校长陈嘉川共同为奥运倒计时牌揭幕，并担当模拟奥运火炬接力选手。学校领导、有关部门单位负责人与近2000名师生共同参加庆祝活动。当天还揭幕了印有学校领导、老师和同学2008张笑脸的“笑脸墙”。旨在使奥运精神深入人心，表达了我校师
16、生期盼奥运、祝福奥运的感情。山东教育电视台、济南电视台、济南时报、生活日报等媒体对活动进行了跟踪采访。5月4日，我们组织了义务植树主题团日活动。校学生会、研究生会、社团联合会的团员青年来到校共青团林，一起种下了百余棵杨树，用播种绿色希望的方式庆祝五四青年节。5月19日，我校师生在齐鲁广场沉痛哀悼在四川地震灾区死难的同胞。团委收集全校学生自发捐款13万元转交有关部门，搭建公祭台，广大同学通过献花篮、悬挂千纸鹤、点燃烛光的方式为四川地震中遇难同胞举行烛光追思祈福活动。会同有关部门组织召开了灾区学生代表座谈会。6月4日晚，我们在行政楼报告厅举行 “做好自己的事情就是最大的爱国”主题演讲晚会。总结我校自汶川地震发生以来一段时期的抗震救灾活动，凝炼活动精髓，弘扬主旋律，激励学生做好自己的事情，励志成材。校党委舒永庆副书记代表学校向团省委转赠了我校团员青年3万余元的“特殊团费”。 根据鲁青发200816号文件精神，为纪念改革开放30周年，我们联合学校相
