12、作目标以“建设平安校园，创建平安学校”为契机，进一步抓好综合治理和安全工作。继续注重平时，致力防范，狠抓安全管理质量，落实责任，健全工作责任制和责任追究制。按照“谁主管谁负责”的原则，将相关责任签订到各功能室、各责任人，使综合治理和安全工作得到层层落实。明确各自的职责。加强安全教育和培训，强化监督检查，深入开展安全专项整治，始终把全校师生的安危放在各项工作的首位。认真贯彻执行学生伤害事故处理办法的精神和要求，制定相关的安全工作预案，切实做到防患于未然，保障师生在校安全、交通安全和学校用餐安全，保证学校校舍安全、教学设施安全和财务安全，坚决杜绝重、特大等一切安全事故的发生。具体措施一、 成立学校

14、刘小华、谭红平：负责小学部安全工作胡俊明：负责学校校舍安全、特种设备和学校基建项目的安全管理；钟卫平：负责属安全工作联络员职责范围内的工作。刘靖：负责教育教学安全、集体活动工作的开展。何文兵：负责学校教育教学安全、集体活动工作的开展。廖卫兵：负责学校体育场地、器材及体育教学活动的安全工作。郭建平：负责学校电脑室、多媒体教室的安全管理，及学校各处（室）电脑设备的管理和维护工作。二、交通安全 认真做好交通安全宣传月教育活动：举办一次学生交通安全宣传漫画竞赛；开展一次小学生交通教育管理“金点子”短文评选活动；组织观看一次交通安全教育专题片；向家长印发一张宣传资料；出一期交通安全教育为主题的黑板报；开
15、展一次“交通安全教育”主题班会。各班主任应把严格遵守交通法规作为每天晨会的必讲内容，要教育学生步行，严禁骑车上学。值日教师要加强责任心，等学生全部离校后方可回家。各班要坚持排队放学制度，切实执行学校按时清校的规定。加强门卫的工作责任，校门口不得乱停车辆，禁止闲杂人员进入校园，外来人员进校要办理登记手续。三、校园安全1、日常安全行为教育 （1）校园安全既要预防，更要突出重点。根据学生的年龄特点和接受能力，利用、晨会、班会、国旗下讲话等渠道，运用多种生动活泼、切实有效，学生喜闻乐见，便于接受的形式，开展安全教育，使学生增强安全防范意识，懂得居家安全、校园安全、出行安全、社会安全和一些基本常识，包括
16、防诈骗、防勒索、防抢劫、防拐卖、防火灾、防赌博、防毒品等常识，提高学生的自我保护能力、对不良现象的辨识能力。（2）帮助学生确立安全意识，严格课间、午间活动，尽可能地杜绝追逐、打闹现象，规范自主行为，增强安保能力。（3）每学期要组织学生看一本安全教育录像；出一期安全教育黑板报；上一堂安全教育主题班会课；组织一次全校性的消防安全演练；进行一次溺水儿童抢救演练；全面进行一次安全工作自查。（4）加强法制教育，坚持依法治教。每学期学校将继续聘请校外法制副校长（辅导员），为全体师生作专题报告。2、饮水卫生教育 （1）加强学校后勤管理，努力提高学校后勤服务质量和水平。制定好各项卫生制度，严格按程序操作。 （2）加强学校食品卫生管理，指定专人负责食品卫生工作，严防学生食物中毒事件的发生。 （3）切实做好学校的卫生保洁工作，除灭“四害”。 （4）对学
