4、other academicinstitute.Signature:Date:山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要我国高校培养高水平篮球运动员，借助于高校良好的文化氛围和雄厚的师资力量，本着培养德、智、体全面发展的复合型人才的基础上形成的。然而，同任何新生事物一样，这种体育与教育联合办学的方法在推出后，虽然在一定程度上提高了高水平篮球运动员的综合素质，但由于学习和训练的矛盾突出，它的诸多弊病也在实施过程中逐渐地显现出来。由于目前我国对篮球团队的研究仅限于经验性的探讨和总结，而对篮球团队的影响因素及其评价的研究较少，加强对篮球团队评价的研究有着极为重要的意义。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查
5、法针对高校高水平篮球队管理现状进行研究，提出建设无沟通障碍的高校高水平篮球团队以及建立扁平化独立型的沟通渠道。针对目前没有受到足够重视的篮球团队凝聚力问题，通过问卷调查及访谈，运用德尔菲法、层次分析法、数理统计法对影响凝聚力因素进行了分析得到了凝聚力越高的高校高水平篮球团队成绩越好的结论。提出了符合高校篮球运动员的知识结构和生理特点，而且能够达到精神与物质并重的高校高水平篮球团队士气激励机制，建立高校高水平篮球团队的外部合作管理和内部竞争的双重机制。通过高校高水平篮球团队内部的合作与竞争管理研究，提出建立高校高水平篮球团队的外部合作管理和内部竞争的双重机制。希望通过本文对高校高水平篮球团队管理
