11、. 正确使用 compose, consist of, contain, essentially consist of, substantially comprise 等等。A.连接词辩析：用 comprising, including, containing 来表达“包含”、“包括 ”或“含有”。用 consisting of 来表达“由.组成”，consisting essentially of 基本上由.组成”或“大体上由.成,。两类连接词的重大意义差别为：consisting of A and B：只包括 A 及 B，无其他；comprising A and B：除包括 A 及 B 外

16、及一握把，其改良为刃口呈锯齿状。此种译法忠于原文，但缺点为申请保护之标的不明(改良并不是物品，或方法)。对此种摘要请改用下列方式翻译：一种外科手术刀子，包括一刀片及一握把，其改良之处为刃口呈锯齿状。请注意，摘要之前言部份皆以一种起头。（2）当申请专利范围之摘要写成： An apparatus for drying a liquid material comprising.时，请译为一种干燥液体材料之装置，其包括 ，不要译成一干燥液体材料之装置，其包括 ， 亦不要译成干燥液体材料之装置，其包括 ， 也不要译成一种装置，其干燥液体材料，包括 ，总之，要使用一种 格式，以符合智能财产局之规定。（3）如申请专利范围写成：In a
