Working from Jane Hawkings me
3、moirof her marriage to Stephen, New Plymouth-born McCarten guides the story along a very fine line.,Young Hawking might have been preternaturally smart, but he was also funny, charming, awkward and head over heels in love. The Theory of Everything captures all this nicely, without ever too obviously
4、 dumbing down the mans intelligence and incredible achievements.,Eddie Redmayne is getting all the praise for his performance as Hawking, and quite rightly. It is a wonderful piece of work and you wouldnt bet a cent right now against Redmayne picking up the Oscar. But for me, it is the quiet, uncons
5、picuous and perfectly calibrated performance of Felicity Jones as Jane that gives The Theory of Everything its heart and soul.,There is so much to like and admire about this film. The sense of era and place is beautifully conveyed, the complicated and shifting relationships are clearly and sympathet
6、ically laid out, while the science and its importance is neither glossed over nor impenetrable.,The Theory of Everything is a lesson in how biopics should be done: honest, occasionally unflattering, often funny, and unavoidably heartbreaking. This is a very good film, about more than one remarkable life.,
