12、熟练应用PLC构架控制系统，同时系统的复习大学所学的专业知识并应用于实践当中。1.2 课题设计的意义传统条件下的库房管理作业，主要依据人工装卸，特别是对于一些大型物资，不仅工作效率低， 浪费大量的人力、物力，存在较大的安全隐患，同时还占据大量的库房面积。立体库的投入使用，彻底解决了这一难题. 自动化立体仓库可以产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。它通过高层货架存储，使存储区大幅度地向高空发展，提高了空间利用率；自动化立体仓库采用层积式存放，结合计算机管理，可以很容易实现先入先出，防止货物的自然老化、变质和损坏；通过自动存取系统(AS/RS),加快了运行和处理速度，提高了劳动生产率，降低操作人员的劳动
13、强度；采用自动化技术后，还能较好地适应黑暗、低温、污染、有毒和易爆等特殊场合的物品存储需要；计算机控制能够始终准确无误地对各种信息进行存储和管理，减少了货物处理和信息处理过程中的差错；同时借助于计算机管理还能有效地利用仓库存储能力，便于清点和盘库，合理减少库存，加快资金周转，节约流动资金，从而提高仓库的管理水平。 自动化仓库的信息系统可以与企业的生产信息系统集成，实现企业信息管理的自动化。同时，由于使用自动化仓库，促进企业的科学管理，减少了浪费，保证均衡生产，也提高了操作人员素质和管理人员的水平。2 国内外研究现状简述2.1 国内研究现状我国从60年代末70年代初已开始研究探索立体仓库技术，直
14、到改革开放以后，特别是近四五年，才有了突飞猛进的发展。但其中大多数均为手动或半自动操作，仓库账目还是人工管理；也有不少的仓库应用计算机管理，而入/出库作业还是人工控制堆垛机的方法；真正采用计算机管理与控制系统自动联接进行入/出库作业的很少。2.2 国外研究现状 自动化立体仓库的计算机管理系统可以与工厂信息管理系统(例如ERP系统)以及生产线进行实时通讯和数据交换，这样自动化立体仓库成为CIMS(计算机集成制造系统)及FMS(柔性制造系统)必不可少的关键环节。 结合不同类型的仓库管理软件、图形监控及调度软件、条形码识别跟踪系统、搬运机器人、AGV小车、货物分拣系统、堆垛机认址系统、堆垛机控制系统
15、、货位探测器等，可实现立体仓库内的单机手动、单机自动、联机控制、联网控制等多种立体仓库运行模式，实现了仓库货物的立体存放、自动存取、标准化管理，可大大降低储运费用，减轻劳动强度，提高仓库空间利用。3 课题设计的主要内容、难点及关键技术3.1 课题设计的主要内容 （1） 熟悉立体仓库的控制要求； （2） 熟练掌握PLC 工作原理及编程方法； （3） 应用PLC 设计立体仓库硬件系统； （4） 编制PLC 控制程序3.2 课题设计的难点 本次课程设计的难点是对于堆垛机的了解和控制。堆垛机是整个立体仓库的核心，主要是通过它的运动控制来实现各种进库、出库。3.3 课题设计的关键技术 立体仓库的运动控制是设计的关键，本系统中堆垛机由水平、垂直及伸叉机构三部分组成。水平、垂直部分运动分别由X轴、Y轴步进电动机驱动丝杠完成，伸叉机构由上层的铲叉和底层的丝杠传动机构组成，铲叉可前后伸缩，其运动由Z轴直流电动机正反转控制。4 设计方案 （1）深入了解和分析立体仓库
